Marvel's Avengers: War for Wakanda has the aforementioned charms as the base game — and the same issues. Blackness Panther'south fundamental conceit is his "Intrinsic energy" bar, which allows him to store ability as he successfully blocks attacks. As he levels up, he tin channel this free energy into powerful attacks, which may involve pouncing on foes, launching himself off of nearby walls or keen through an enemy's baby-sit. In most State of war for Wakanda levels, Blackness Panther and 3 other Avengers land in the heart of a lush jungle. They traverse a needlessly big, open up-ended battlefield, occasionally stopping to fight enemies or pick upward better gear — if they experience like information technology. The story objectives nigh e'er boil down to "reach this waypoint" or "solve this embarrassingly elementary puzzle." The repetitious rainforests, cliffsides and ancient temples don't add much of a tactical challenge, save that you'll occasionally have to do a bit of imprecise platforming.

Perennial B-list Marvel villains Ulysses Klaw and Crossbones lead a team of mercenaries into Wakanda and attempt to plunder the company's Vibranium stores.
